How do I book a tour?
Booking is simple! Browse our curated tours or contact us with your travel dreams. Our team will work with you to customize every detail. Once your itinerary is finalized, we'll send you a detailed travel plan and handle all reservations. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.
What's included in the tour price?
Our tour prices typically include accommodation, local transportation, guided experiences, select meals, and entrance fees to attractions. International flights are usually not included unless specified. We provide a detailed breakdown of inclusions and exclusions for each tour package.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations 30-59 days out receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future travel. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! We offer special rates for groups of 6 or more travelers. Private group tours can also be arranged for corporate events, family reunions, or special celebrations. Contact us for a customized group quote.
